Issue with build

[KiKiSa3]

I done sampctl ensure and then sampctl build i got some errors like (fatal) cannot read from file: "YSI\y_hooks"
But i fixed every error but now when i start build i got this:

sampctl build --platform windows
INFO: Package does not have any tags, consider versioning your code with: sampctl package release
and thats it its not moving I been waiting for like 30m and still nothing, Am i doing something wrong?
