Tests for recently stabilized standards scs-0214-v1 / k8s-node-distribution and scs-0210-v2 / k8s-version-policy are missing in the daily Zuul checks of KaaS V1

Include the conformance tests scs-0210-v2 and scs-0214-v1 as tasks into the existing e2e test job on Zuul.
