Scene Rename Doesn't Update in Scene Editor tab

✍️ Description

Renaming a scene in the Scene List does not update the name in the Scene Editor tab.

🔬 Minimal Reproduction

1. Create project
2. Create a scene
3. Right click scene
4. Open Scene Editor
5. Rename scene in Scene List

Expected Result

That the Scene Editor tab would show the updated name.

Actual Result

The Scene Editor tab kept the old name.
