"Submit Story" page getting cluttered

The top of the "Submit Story" page lists all of your previous submissions, before the form to submit a new story. This list also appears at the bottom of the user page, so the Submit Story page is not the only place to find this information.

I have nearly 60 submissions listed so have to scroll down to get to the form. This can take a couple of swipes when using a phone #firstworldproblems

If easier, how possible would it be to jump straight to the submission form from the submit story link?

I have changed that form to use the one from the user page, added highlighting based on status, added links, and made it list only 90 days of submissions instead of 365 days worth. The new layout should take up less space and be more usable.
