wbar-config color filter

Steps to reproduce problem
1. open wbar-config effects tab
2. check color filter mode and select filter type
3. update, (does not apply or allow to change color)

What should happen, what does happen.
A color filter should show as well as open the color option, instead color 
filter does not show nor the color option ability.

Additional notes
color filter works through command line, not through wbar-config
Looks great, please continue with this project.

color filter mode is still not working, wbar-config enters the filter mode as 
the name of the filter mode, should be entered as the number. EX: wbar --filter 
2 instead of wbar --filter others.
