Trapped in the TARDIS

I was working on the (what i assume is) the build your own console room option, and i had moved the door, and when i replaced it everything was fine, still worked as an exit from the tardis. The next time i signed in however (i did exit minecraft while in the tardis) the door just opens to nothing, and you just walk through to the other side within the tardis.

Don't know if theres other ways of fixing it other than to delete the tardis in your save folder and move yourself with mcedit or nbtexplorer to the overworld.
