I think I encountered a small display bug: Jan when becoming a lich, loses his main portrait / image

I am in Brynnlaw or what's the name, and after Bodhi hunts me, I decided that Jan may go as well ahead and use that scroll of Vecna, and become a lich. That worked, reputation dropped, but suddenly his main image is gone (that is when you look at the character overview where normally in the middle there is the image of the character displayed).

I am not sure why the portrait is gone; perhaps another mod is causing issues too (I see a generic item on the ground in corpses, but can not pick up certain items - just an empty slot it shown. This may be unrelated to the missing-portrait issue here.)

Anyway, just reporting here in event someone else runs into this, or someone else know whether it is a bug and whether it can be fixed.

Additional information: I am in another run through right now and am now in the drow big undercity.

The female dragon casts the spell that turns the party members into drow. All appear like drow,
and oddly enough, Jan the lich now has the drow picture in the inventory slot. I assume that once
the spell wears off that he will again have no picture shown when he resumes to be the lich.

I'll report my findings here in a moment as I am close to finish this run through in the drow
city today.

Edit: Yes, I confirmed it. Jan's lich portrait is now missing again. The generic drow disguise image
did however had show up; and his earlier default portrait also showed up. The lich figure
is also shown on the general map when Jan is doing action, so it is only missing when one
looks at the inventory slot. In the inventory, that overview page, in the center there should
be a regular image, but it is just a blank space, probably the default shown when no image
is yet assigned. Perhaps the path can not be found or something. Other than that I have
no more information available that may be useful, I think.

If it helps, I used this installation order for my current run-through; something is also wrong
with the golem mod, or another mod interfering there, as I get garbled messages when
hovering over golem-mod specific items.

I don't recall any Vecna scroll in the RoT modification, nor lich transformation neither. Are you sure your issue is related to this modification? Could you please paste your WeiDU log? Your list of mods lack installation components order.
