if "Include modsecurity.d/slr_rules/*.conf" (mod_security-2.7.2, mod_security_crs-2.2.6) get result:

Syntax error on line 17 of /etc/httpd/modsecurity.d/slr_rules/modsecurity_crs_46
_slr_et_joomla_attacks.conf:
ModSecurity: No action id present within the rule

How to enable slr_rules?;(
