We have the dead-incoming-bot-messages topic configured for the main incoming-bot-messages as the dead-lettering topic.
Having a message in a dead-incoming-bot-messages topic actually means that the bot is dead and is not able to handle incoming messages.
We should consider creating an alerting policy that'll notify the team when messages could not be delivered.
