Lyrics not showing up no matter what I do.

Go to settings > Hamburger menu (top right) > enable "Realtime Lyrics Button/Card"

If it still doesn't show up after that, then Spotify doesn't have the songs lyrics cataloged, you can try turning on Spotilifes lyrics option then tapping on the album art and it will try to fetch the lyrics from some different sources..

Edit: Just realized you made this issue for SpotilifeC, and not SpotC++, the hamburger menu I described is from Sposify, and is not included in SpotilifeC, but is with SpotC++, I recommend you switch over, and activate the settings in the hamburger menu as said above, but if you don't want to, you can still use Spotilife's lyric option...
