This release address several issues reported since 3.0.0

• Fixes several PHP 8.x issues
• Moves inline styles to new awards.css file to allow easier theme changes
• New on/off primary setting to allow admin to turn off the modification
• Various bug fixes and psr format updates
• Drop ancient PHP 5.x support, now only 7.x +
• Remove depreciated html tag usage in the templates
