Allow user to install and configure StackStorm when 3rd party services like Mongo, RabbitMQ, MySQL already existing or remote HA clusters.

Think how to make it better.
Should be more clear after solving related #8 #9 #10.

While it's possible to set st2.conf & mistral.conf with #121, there is still blocker #95 to configure st2mistral with external postgresql.

Postponing this feature

It's absolutely possible to configure the role with existing Mongo, RabbitMQ installations.
Especially makes sense to configure with external HA clusters of those backends, configured by the other Ansible roles #119 (comment).
