When listing multiple rooms in HUBOT_SPARK_ROOMS, responses from st2 chatops.run are delivered to all rooms instead of only the room the message originated in.

HUBOT_SPARK_ROOMS is defined as:
export HUBOT_SPARK_ROOMS='xxxxxxx,yyyyyy,zzzzzz'
