Purpose

To encourage people to join and chat to each others and help others to get better mentally or solve problems.

Target audience

People who has mental health or need support, and people with will and/or skills to support others.

How to do

P2P random rewards

There would be a feature in Stampchat which allows user to select an amount to reward randomly to active conversations using Stamp in the past 24hrs. The random algorithm may use AI and is changed/learned frequently to avoid abuse. Users who has positive feedback will be rewarded more. There would be a Thanks button/icon for users to say thanks to others or to report a negative conservation.

There could be a scheduled reward, so that the reward amount will be distributed for a daily for a period of time. This could be done using a background task on Android and iOS apps.

The random algorithm may result in multiple rewards to a user, which is an expected side effect of the decentralisation of the implementation.

Monthly/Quarterly reviews and rewards

Based on the daily rewards, some users are selected for a human review periodically for promoting to a counsellor level. The users maybe interviewed if they agree to become a counsellor. The selected will be rewarded with a reasonable amount for a specified period of time depending on the budget of the sponsors, which could be under Logos' funding or can be voluntary.
