Maybe I'm seeing it wrong, but the tiled example with the map iso_map.tmx shows shifted and mirrowed x/y tiles in lyers 1, 2, and 3. Any idea?

Unfortunately, the problem does not seem to be fixed yet ;( See example screenshot.

It's hard to see whats really going on here. 3d iso tilemaps are a tricky problem to solve. If you can provide a small demo that I can reproduce it'll be easier to fix.
