Steps to reproduce the behavior (Required)

image 1 set CATALOG PROPERTIES enable_hms_events_incremental_sync=true for one catalog 2 but fe.conf param enable_hms_events_incremental_sync=false 3 then can’t enable automatic incremental update for a single Hive catalog.

Expected behavior (Required)

To enable automatic incremental update for a single Hive catalog

Real behavior (Required)

can't enable automatic incremental update for a single Hive catalog

StarRocks version (Required)

2.5/3.0/3.1/3.2/3.3
