wrong translation of "grandpa".

Details

After sam Coe dies, at the wake Cora says "Wszyscy ciągle coś mówią. Mama. Babcia. Wszyscy." This should be "Wszyscy ciągle coś mówią. Mama. Dziadek. Wszyscy" Because she is talking about Jacob there. So "grandpa" should be "dziadek"
