something to note, per @RossWilliams : some trading partners re-use the same filename, so we need to account for this when archiving input. Ross suggested an archive path along the lines of:

${partner_name}/${year}/${month}/${day}/${original_file_name}-${timestamp}

this will require #56 to achieve
