Currently, yosys-symbiflow-plugins has a network-sandbox violation, because the ql-qlf-plugin tries to use wget to fetch a Python file which it then calls to generate a header file. We should simply generate the header beforehand and ship it with the ebuild, and patch out the wget from the Makefile.
