Create a show job <jobnum> feature either within asgsh or outside it #1291

There are times when we want to do a "reverse lookup" of an HPC batch job number. For example, when we see a job number in the batch queue (or in an email or discord/slack/text message) and want details about the associated ASGS instance, scenario, machine, operator, run directory, etc.

Initially this capability would be limited to execution on a single HPC machine (presumably easiest to know in these cases) where a search would be performed, starting with the statefiles in the local filesysem. Could be extended from there to remote scenario.status.json files.
