When asking to create 0 teams a ZeroDivisionError: integer division or modulo by zero is thrown. It probably makes sense to check the number_of_teams parameter.

Steps to reproduce:
/create-channel-teams 786902821299290144 0

Expected behaviour:
Should send an error message to the user, similarly as is done with a non-existing channel.
