[Help] How to setup a local SOCKS5 chain on Android to access my Streisand server?

I use the no-root firewall NetGuard on my Android device, which uses the one and only allowed Android VPN service to locally filter the network traffic. Android, unfortunately, does not allow more than one VPN connection at a time. I therefore cannot use, for example, OpenVPN at the same time as the firewall. The firewall, however, affords chaining apps via a SOCKS5 connection. So far, I could not find an instruction: How to setup a local SOCKS5 server on Android to connect to my Streisand gateway? I am sure this should be possible somehow with OpenSSH or the like but I do not know how? I would really appreciate your help with this. Thanks!
