Subtitles need to be manually activated everytime.

Describe the bug
Subtitles are always off despite being set to on by default in the settings.

To Reproduce
Set subtitles to on by default
Play any video stream
Subtitles are not displayed
Go to subtitles and see a subtitle was already selected
Select this subtitle or any other subtitle
Subtitles now displayed properly

Expected behavior
Subtitles displayed instantly whenever playing a video, without having to manually select every time for each video.
