For example:

val charset = Charset.forName(TikaEncodingDetector().guessEncoding(FileInputStream(file)))
val resultWithEncoding = EGLKolasuParser().parse(file, charset)

We should change parse to have as default behavior guessing the encoding, if it is not specified.

Dependency to add:

implementation("org.apache.any23:apache-any23-encoding:1.1")
