[BUG] Home Assistant 2021.3.0 requires version number in manifest #525

  • ShellyForHASS release with the issue: 0.2.1
  • Last working ShellyForHASS release (if known): none
  • Home Assistant Core release with the issue: 2021.3.0
  • Operating environment (Home Assistant/Supervised/Docker/venv): Docker

Describe the bug

I'm getting an error message in my Home Assistant log saying that this integration is missing version information in the manifest.

Steps to Reproduce

Upgrade HA to 2021.3.0 and restart it.

Expected behavior

No message about missing version in manifest.
