Transcode support for Remuxer/Downloader

Hi @SuRGeoNix Is there any method download a video or record a live stream to a file whith extention temp? Then I can transcode it to a mp4 file.
Because of a mp4 file can be played every where.

When downloading or recording, the file must can not be opened.

@swimfish09 I'm not sure what you are asking, is that the same as #105 ?

Update: You just want to transmux to mp4 I guess, but there is no point of temp file. However, that will require in some cases also transcode as the output format might not support the input codecs. I know that I didn't spend much time on downloader/recorder and transcoding is not currently supported. You can force the extension to .mp4 however that might not work in some cases.
