commands dont show in context menu

neither of the options to open in browser or open in other browsers show up in the context menu. they show up in the command palette and ctrl-b works as well.

This is true on Version 1.29.1 on macOS Mojave as well.

this works for me on most recent stable version of vscode. im on linux.

get one of the "open in default browser window" extensions from the market and call it a day.
