Due to empty statuses and end dates in open cases (for closed cases)

Replication should have the followin logic:

in replication-adjustment set status and result
when ozb.enddate != null
if zaaktype-code is in config then use the default-value's for:
  when k2z.status = empty and/or k2z.result = empty

Since there are now cases for which there is no resultaat, we want to have the possibility to re-process (replicate again) that zaken for which:

if oz.status length = 0
delete all existing oz.results
go replicate again, use only logic put status and result
