Remove from jobs list collect and put them in their own question page (no loop).
The interview instead should ask for taxes as a monthly snapshot. Make a separate question block.

@kateleebarry @CaroRob advised that the taxes and expenses are a prospective (forward looking) not retrospective. The taxes and expenses should show the court what the user expects to pay this month.
