To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open
Add product in the shopping cart
Add product in the favorites
Open DevTools
In Elements change the number of items to a 3-digit number in the cart, for example (111)
In Elements change the number of items to a 3-digit number in the favorites, for example (321)

Expected behavior
The counter displays 3-digit numbers correctly
