Revamp design & content of the "Select Template" homepage

Summary

I don't have a specific solution to offer but I think we should rethink the UX of the homepage to inspire more users to create a project.

We could run some design & copy experiments here.

Recommendations from our recent developer survey:

• Change "For quick start, check out this video" copy (that's not a quick start)

Motivation

Looking at the app's analytics, only ~50% of visitors create a project.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Keep as is
• Automatically drop homepage visitors into the "Hello World" template? They could still get to other projects by using the "New project" within the IDE
