Hi, what would be the correct procedure in case I want to create an encripted file that could be shared with others?
I would have to share the private key with the file?

Is it possible to create an encrypted file that could be decrypted only with a password?

Thanks. Depending on the nature of the data you should avoid sharing a password or a private key. Best practice would be the individual you wish to share data with creates a public/private key pair. They share the public key with you via an open email. You encrypt using the public key DBD they can decrypt in a safe environment using their own private key.
