Describe the bug
Without "Form meta data: Structure" enabled in the export annual_recruitment() and return_random_participants() will fail because the casenodes table does not contain the column mnpvisstartdate.

To Reproduce
Export without "Form meta data: Structure" and run annual_recruitment()/return_random_participants()

Expected behavior
Check in export_options whether structure was exported. If not, throw useful error.
