Seeing as currently, the menu is populated twice, once for the desktop header, and again for the mobile menu, it would be better to remove the mobile menu and add some CSS to only need one menu in the markup, that displays properly depending on the screen size.

Thoughts? Things I should look out for as I'm working on a PR?
