Don't know if this is intentional or not given this image is running multiple services in one container, but it seems the NGINX and PHP logs aren't being forwarded to /dev/stdout and /dev/stderr, which means to see the logs you have to open a terminal on the container instead of just being able to use docker compose logs The official nginx docker image does this by symlinking the log files.
