We decided to delay Sylius 1.11 release a little bit. The reasoning is, we would really love to provide a good, mature and reasonably complete feature of Catalog Promotions. We estimate, that without this delay it can be hard to achieve 馃殌 TL;DR: better >>> faster 馃槃 馃拑
