As we add Zynq and Kintex support, 95% of the stuff will be shared with what is currently in the Artix 7 directory. We should rename the Artix 7 to something more generic.

I suggest we go with something like xc7?

The Artix parts all start with XC7A. The Kintex with XC7K, the Virtex with XC7V and the Spartan 7 with XC7S.

Another option would be series7...

I like xc7 - it explicitly says this is Xilinx' 7 series (not a random 7 series). With that name we shouldn't have conflicts with any future 7 series from other vendor.
