This SCCP proposes to increase the max market value of XRP Perps v2 market to 3 million tokens (2.1m$) from 1.625 million tokens (1.1m$).
MaxMarketValue is the maximum possible open interest on any given side of a perp market.
The proposed parameter changes is due to the high utilization seen on the XRP market.
