Bootstraps a boilerplate ansible environment. This dockerfile was created with the intention to build more complex setupsteps in one docker layer.
- Onbuild copy local content to WORKDIR
- Onbuild starts provisioning the playbook.yml localy
- Onbuild removes its rights to become root
