SegaSonic the Hedgehog - Doesn't work

The Trackpad for SegaSonic the Hedgehog is broken, no matter the sensitivity or deadzone, it just doesn't react to movement, no matter if I use analogue controls or mousepad, every move I make doesn't move correctly, I'm hoping that by making this comment, someone can test this and maybe fix it, It's strange because on other emus, like mame, or even playing the game through a browser, it works? Hoping this gets fixed!

edit: This is with 2.9.1.
