Fatal Fury: Wild Ambition throws an error when trying to launch the game

I was unable to get this working in Bizhawk 2.9.1 as well and received this error.

Attempted MAME files from version 0.262. and 0.193 both failed. CasualPokePlayer had mentioned that Bizhawk internally is using something like .0252 so could be a version mismatch.

darkman425 mentioned that Neo Geo 64 is not fully working as of now. So that would include all the games here :
