Support for Winston 3 #13

When using winston-fast-rabbitmq with Winston 3, the following warning is displayed:

winstonFastRabbitMq is a legacy winston transport. Consider upgrading: 
- Upgrade docs: https://github.com/winstonjs/winston/blob/master/UPGRADE-3.0.md

The reason why this happens is twofold:

The logger is not a stream
The logger exposes 4 parameters instead of 2
