Bedrock user login failure with Geyser MOTD passthrough #97

Players on bedrock clients are unable to login when Geyser's MOTD/protocol/playercount passthrough is enabled.
The login error can be viewed by clicking this.

I believe I'm having this same issue, logs.

This is a known issue, we currently don't support org.geysermc.geyser.platform.velocity.GeyserVelocityPingPassthrough$GeyserInboundConnection connections, thus the error occurs. The workaround at the moment is to simply not use passthrough pings or passthrough MOTDs.
