Full inventory. POSSIBLY DUPED

So I bought some kat flowers from Elizzbeth[npc] and right when i opened ah my whole inventory went red saying possibly duped. except for the super boom, defuse kit and the recently bought shadowfury(I'm saying like it may be only affecting the items that were there before or smt)

i know that this may be the same issue as #4 but the shadowfury not getting affected was my concerned to why
