first open your mininet topology
go to https://github.com/THU-DBLAB/IRBRL/blob/master/src/topology/bestsample.py

sudo python3 bestsample.py

go to https://github.com/THU-DBLAB/IRBRL/tree/master/src/app

ryu-manager RR.py

for now finish

link detect, jitter delay
arp maintain
sinale route base on link detect
