I like this project. Is there any option to change the site banner and close the registration?

Maybe you could check the ioicamp2021 branch in @TIOJ-INFOR-Online-Judge/tioj.
Switching to that branch will automatically close the registration.

To change the banner, I think it is enough to change files inside public/images of @TIOJ-INFOR-Online-Judge/tioj.
