Make App Store Compliant

While submitting this to the app store, it was rejected for evidently "not differing from opening the website in safari"

I've replied stating that the application is, quite not in any way, similar to a "mobile web browsing experience"

To that, they were not helpful in any way.

My latest reply further tries to have them explain to me how this is "not sufficiently different from a mobile web browsing experience"

I've also given them a list of what I used as to show why it "isn't just a website"

But it seems hopeless and that this app will not be able to make it onto the app store.

There is absolutely 0 help when asking reasons why the application will not be listed, they instead just message you to leave your phone number or look at documentation.

Does any body else have any sort of idea why they're unwilling to list this on the app store?

This app has too many struggles with hosting 3rd party content that can be DMCA'd, so it will stay as a strictly out-of-network application.
