Bloodlust bar no longer goes down

Steps:

• Get Vampire
• Watch the bar

Expected result: It should progressively go down until it's empty, and bloodlust activates
Actual result: Bar never goes down, but after the time has passed, bloodlust activates

Edit: Editing the cvar value of bloodtime will make the bar work again

Update: Removing every cvar requirement and changing it for a direct number solves the issue
