GtkRadiant doesn't launch on Mac OSX Lion #288

I have installed Xquartz, Macports and Xcode however when I try and run GtkRadiant 1.6.4 it doesn't launch.

I'm fairly new to Macs so I apologize if I don't really know how to link a console file. I'm wondering what I can do to get it to work.
