Some chunks not properly loaded on first try

Description

The loading of chunks seems to be a bit buggy (might be a problem with the way that jupyterhub loads an extension).
In particular, the assignment card is not properly loaded.

Some users have reported the assignments tab randomly disappearing from the UI. The following messages are copied from the course thread:

User A:

For DOPP Exercise 2, you will work in groups of 4.

The group registration tool for Exercise 2 is now open in TUWEL - please
get into groups of 4 and register the group members. The deadline for group
registration is the 1st of December at 23:55.

There is also a Group Finding discussion forum in the Exercise 2 section on
TUWEL to help you finding group members.

Exercise 2 will be released on the 28th of November.
